About Ziti Cards
We care about the cards you send! Your firm's image is important and we'll do everything possible to make sure your cards are exactly the way you want them. We concern ourselves with the details so that you don’t have to.
Ziti (zee'-tee) Cards was founded by internationally renowned architectural painter Salvatore Ventura who has worked closely with architects and interior designers for over 16 years. He became aware of the difficulty that firms experience when searching for cards that are appropriate for their clients and started Ziti Cards to meet their needs. Our cards are perfect for anyone who wants to make a tasteful and lasting impression.
Cards & Envelopes
Our cards are easy to personalize online with any greeting and message you want. You can also upload your firm's logo online and choose from a wide selection of ink colors, fonts and formatting options. All cards measure 5x7” and most are available in your choice of 12 pt. white glossy, matte or natural cardstock. Envelope choices include white, white foil lined (red, silver and gold), red or natural. We always add a few extra per order.
Custom Artwork
Custom Artwork – means that we will print any design on your cards and envelopes including custom fonts, signatures and other formatting not available on this site. Any change to the front of the cards is also considered Custom Artwork. We don't charge extra for logos, ink colors, fonts, extra ink, etc… There is a one time setup fee for custom cards or envelopes. That's it.
Setup Fees – A $50 setup fee will be charged for each Custom Card and each Custom Envelope ordered.
Filed Artwork – We keep all Custom Artwork on file. There is no setup fee for using art that has been filed from a previous order if it does not need to be altered.

Submitting LOGOS and CUSTOM ARTWORK
Format – Logos & Custom Artwork must fit within a 5x7" area with 1/2" margins. Place the return address as you would like for it to be positioned on a 7 1/4" x 5 1/4" envelope. We can match most CYMK and PMS colors. You can send camera-ready art or any graphic file (PDF files preferred). Convert text to curves and make sure images are at least 300 DPI.
Delivery – You can send camera ready art or computer disks to our street address or send computer files as email attachments.

Ordering
Online – This is the fastest and most convenient method. You can design your cards online and pay immediately or save your personalized card and finish payment later if you need approval or just need time to decide.
Mail or Fax – Please download the following PDF order form and send a check, money order or credit card information: Order Form
Payment
Credit Card – We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover online or by mail.
Check / Money Order – Please include with your order and remember to allow extra time until your payment is received.

Tell us which cards that you want and we will be happy to send them, please limit request to 3 cards.
Discounts
All Discounts Offered Online Only.
Early Order – Receive a 15% discount when you place your order before September 30. Order before October 31 to receive a 10% discount. Discount will be automatically calculated during checkout.
Coupons – Only one coupon is permitted to be used per order. Enter the code on the shopping cart page.
Sale Items – Discounts are subject to change at any time without notice.
Return Policy
Blank Cards may be returned for any reason within 2 weeks after receipt. In the unlikely event we make a mistake on your order, we will immediately reprint and reship your order at no additional expense to you. We can not issue refunds on Standard Cards or cards with Custom Artwork that contain customer errors. While we proofread every card for accuracy, we cannot guarantee we will catch a mistake. To avoid unnecessary mistakes, we strongly recommend you carefully review your text before approving your proof. Please see “Proofs” below...
Proofs
We will not process your order until after you approve the design for personalized cards. This can be done online for standard cards as part of the ordering process. We will send a PDF proof by email for Custom Artwork, mailed and faxed orders. We can also email, fax or mail proofs upon request. No refunds can be issued after the proofs have been approved except for shipping charges for orders that have not been shipped.
Shipping
Current shipping time is up to 3 weeks. 1 Day Rush Service is available and your order is guaranteed to be shipped within 1 business day. Order and any approved proofs must be submitted before 3:00 PM CST or your order will be shipped the next business day. Add 50% to your order. Please add time for your preferred shipping method. We ship FedEx.

Recycled Paper
The natural cardstock and envelopes are manufactured with 100% - 30% post-consumer waste. It is acid-free, lignin-free, process chlorine free (PCF), and archival.
